I finally got back in the pool, after a week layoff, due to sickness last Friday, and feeling like a homebody every day last weekend -- and Monday, which was a holiday.

The main set is a set of swims done on 2 x repeat intervals
starting on 2:10 and descending by :10 to 1:10 e.g.,:

#5-#6 on 1:50 ( I pulled 100s)

#7-#8 on 1:40 ( I pulled 100s)
