I finally made it back here - January 24, 2005 Workout

Sometimes, I just can't remember the workout and I've been having that problem lately. I finally remembered one!

Warm-Up

6 x 200 on 3:30
each 200 is as follows:

50 free drag fingers
50 back
50 breast
50 free

Main Set

3 x 2 x 100 on 1:30
2 x 50 on :45
2 x 25 on :20
1 x 150 on 2:40

1st set w/pulling
2d set no gear
3d w/fins

2 x 100 I.M. on 1:50

Warm-Down
6 x 25 on :30

Extra Credit

200 dolphin kick
