May 23, 2008 Workout.

Worked out by myself at GCCC today. Couldn't make it to North Boulder in time for the Master's workout.

Warm-Up

500 free ez
300 back ez
200 dolphin kick
200 flutter kick

Fin Set

5 x 100 free on 1:50, try to hold 1:20s or under
2 x 50 back on 1:00

5 x 100 free on 1:45, try to hold 1:20s or under
2 x 50 back on 1:00

Warm-Down

2 x 50 breast kick

Total yardage: 2,500
