Warm-Up

3 x 200 free on 3:30 ez.

4 x 100 free on 1:45

rest 1:00, have some water

200 dolphin kick

rest 1:00, have some water

Stroke Set

8 x 50 back on 1:10

8 x 25 breast on :40

200 breast kick

8 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

Warm-Down

200 back kick w/fins

Total yardage: 2,400
