March 24, 2008 Workout.

Took the day off so wouldn't have to drive in on Easter Monday. Had a lane to myself again!

Warm-Up

5 x 100 free on 1:50 ez, concentrate on high elbow during recovery and underwater pull, good body position.

5 x 100 free on 1:45

rest 1:00, have some water

4 x 50 back on 1:00

200 dolphin kick

rest 1:00, have some water

Stroke Set

8 x 25 breast on :40

100 breast kick

4 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

200 back kick w/fins

4 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

Warm-Down

100 breast kick

Total yardage: 2,100
