Finally! The weather isn't crap and I felt like getting out to the pool!

Warm-Up

4 x 100 free ez. on 1:50

2 x 50 back e.z. on 1:00

4 x 100 free w/fins on 1:45

2 x 50 back on 1:00 (no fins)

4 x 50 dolphin kick on 1:05

Stroke Set

8 x 50 back on 1:05

6 x 50 back on 1:00 w/fins, work on turn

4 x 50 back kick w/fins on 1:00

8 x 25 breaststroke on :40

50 Breaststroke e.z.

Warm-Down

200 breast kick

Total yardage: 2,550
