May 2, 2008 Workout.

Made it back to Master's and Jane was there to give the workout:

Warm-Up

2 x 150 free ez on 2:20
3 x 100 free ez on 1:50
2 x 100 back on 1:50

Stroke Set

Swim 2x:

4 x 25 fly on :40
1 x 300 = 100 back/100 breast/100 free, rest :30 then start second set

Kick & Swim Set

4 x 25 kick no splash down, hard kick back on :40
2 x 75 free, kick hard on 1:20

Total yardage: 2,350
