March 21, 2008 Workout.

Forced myself to the pool today. But it wasn't bad after I got going. And it's so nice to have a lane to myself!

Warm-Up

5 x 100 free on 1:50 ez, concentrate on high elbow during recovery and underwater pull, good body position.

3 x 100 free on 1:45

rest 1:00, have some water

200 dolphin kick

rest 1:00, have some water

I.M. Set

Whimpie Man's 400 I.M. set x 2

100 free on 1:40

4 x 25 breast on :40

100 back on 1:50

4 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

Warm-Down

200 back kick w/finsTotal yardage: 2,200
