March 14, 2008 Workout.

Worked out a little later today -- the pool was empty except for me!

Warm-Up

5 x 100 free on 1:50 ez, concentrate on high elbow during recovery and underwater pull, good body position.

Freestyle Set

5 x 100 free on 1:45

rest 1:00, have some water

5 x 100 free w/ fins on 1:40

rest 1:00, have some water

Kick Set

200 back kick w/fins

Breaststroke Set

6 x 25 breast :40

Backstroke Set

3 x 50 back on 1:00 hard

rest 1:00

5 x 50 hard on 1:00

Warm-Down

100 flutter kick e.z.

Total yardage: 2,250
