Back Again

Got back into the water again. It was hard, but I did it.

Warm-Up

5 x 100 free on 1:50 ez, concentrate on high elbow during recovery and underwater pull, good body position.

Freestyle Set

5 x 100 free on 1:45

rest 1:00, have some water

5 x 100 free on 1:40

rest 1:00, have some water

Recovery Set

6 x 25 breast on :40 moderate

Fin Set

5 x 100 free on 1:30

Warm-Down

200 back kick ez w/fins

Total yardage: 2,350
