Back in the Saddle, er, Water Again!

I've not been posting because I've not been swimming. Suffice it to say, I've had some overwhelming family matters occupying my time over the past months. I had my first workout in a long, long time. No Master's just on my own at GCCC. It was a very light workout. It went fine, my back is just a bit sore, I think from the flip turns. The whole workout took about 36 minutes:

Free Set

10 x 100 free on 1:45, concentrating on form, high elbow recovery, high elbow pull, balanced body rotation.

Backstroke Set

8 x 50 back on 1:00 concentrating body roll, arm entry

Kick Set

400 I.M. kick (no fins)

Total yardage: 1,800
