Warm-Up

300 free e.z.

200 free e.z., 3/4 catch-up stroke

3 x 100 free, 3/4 catch-up stroke

200 back swim

2 x 100 dolphin kick

50 e.z.

Stroke Work

8 x 25 breast on :40

100 breast kick

8 x 25 fly with fins, 6 strokes fly, remainder underwater on :40

100 breast kick

Warm-Down

100 e.z. back kick w/board

Total yardage: 1,950
