I had the pool to myself today again and had a good swim.

Warm-Up

4 x 100 free e.z. on 1:45

4 x 150, 50 free/50 back/50 free on 2:45

4 x 50 dolphin kick on 1:00

4 x 50 flutter kick on 1:00

Stroke Set

8 x 25 breast on :40

50 e.z.

4 x 50 back moderately hard on 1:00

50 e.z.

4 x 50 back hard on 1:00

50 e.z.

8 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

50 e.z.

4 x 50 back kick w/fins on 1:00

Warm-Down

100 breast kick

2 x 200 pull e.z. on 3:00
