Warm-Up

4 x 150 free e.z. on 3:00

4 x 50 dolphin kick on 1:00

Stroke Set

8 x 50 back on 1:00

50 e.z.

8 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

50 e.z.

4 x 50 back kick w/fins & moderately hard on 1:00

50 e.z.

8 x 25 breast on :40

50 e.z.

Warm-Down

4 x 50 breast kick on 1:10

Total yardage: 2,650
