Mostly kicking today at GCCC.

Warm-Up

300 breast kick

300 dolphin kick

400 back kick w/fins

200 flutter kick

200 alternate 25 kick no board, 25 kick & scull

100 back kick w/noodle

150 ez freestyle swim

Total yardage: 1,650
