Wolfgang gave the workout today. Kurt swam a little bit of the workout.

Warm-Up

300 ez free

Main Set

6 x 25 kick/50 swim on 1:20

2 x 2 x 25 on :35
1 x 50 on :55
1 x 50 on 1:10
