I was still a bit sore from the workout two days ago. So, I went to the pool early and did an ez pre warm-up set.

Warm-Up

Main Set

4 x 100 on 1:35
3 x 100 on 1:25
2 x 100 on 1:25
I held 1:25s on this set, except for the last 100, I broke down and did @ 1:27
