June 13, 2005 Workout.

I've just been feeling really lazy lately. So, first time in the water since Thursday. I swam at the Gilpin County pool.

Warm-Up

300 free ez

200 dolphin kick
100 backstroke kick

3 x 100 ez backstroke rest :10

Main Set

16 x 50 back, 6 on 1:10/5 on 1:05/5 on 1:05

200 ez free

Kick Set/Warm-Down

100 back kick
200 breaststroke kick

Total yardage: 2,200
