It was only the lifeguards and I today -- pools were empty.

Warm-Up

8 x 100 free e.z., long strokes, rest :10

Backstroke Set

4 x 4 x 50 back, moderate pace on 1:00

Fin Set

8 x 50 back kick on 1:00

400 free w/fins

Warm-Down

4 x 50 dolphin kick

Total yardage: 2,600
