25 breast/25 free

repeat 2 x.

Main Set

6 x 1 x 75 (25 fly/25 back/25 breast) on 1:40
1 x 100 free on 1:40

50 ez

Warm-Down

4 x 50 kick on 1:00

Total yardage: 2,700
