October 14, 2005 Workout.

I had to go to the hospital today with Bob to meet with his oncologist. So, I swam by myself at the GCCC pool.

The workout was kicking, as my shoulder feels tender:

400 dolphin kick

8 x 50 flutter kick on 1:05

6 x 50 back kick w/fins and noodle

2 x 50 back kick, no fins, no noodle

100 dolphin kick on back

4 x 50 breast kick

Total yardage: 1,500 yards
