Jane's workout was more crowded today. And a very challenging portion of the main set.

Warm-Up

6 x 1 x 75, 1-2 on 1:20/ 3-4 on 1:15/5-6 on 1:10

Main Set

3 sets of 4 x 100, each 100 followed by a 50

1st Set: 100s on 1:35, 50s on :55/:50/:45//1:00

2d Set: 100s on 1:30, 50s on same interval as above

3d Set: 100s on 1:25, 50s on same interval as above

Warm Down

2 x 1 x 25 fly on :45
1 x 50 breast on 1:00

1 x 25 fly on :45
1 x 50 back on 1:00

1 x 25 fly on :45
1 x 50 free on 1:00
