October 23, 2006 Workout.

Man, haven't been here for a while. But I have been swimming! Here's what I did last Monday:

Warm-Up

600 ez free
200 dolphin kick

Backstroke Set

2 x 200 back on 4:00

4 x 100 back w/fins on 2:00

200 back kick

Breaststroke Set

8 x 25 breast on :40
200 breast kick

50 ez

Butterfly Set

8 x 25 fly w/fins on :40

50 ez

Warm-Down

200 ez flutter kick

Total yardage: 2,700
