January 23, 2007 Workout.

Swam at the 11:00 workout today. Amy gave the workout. I had to leave 10 minutes early.

Warm-Up

3 x 300 (I swam this continuous swim):
#1 free
#2 alternate 50 free/25 back
#3 alternate 50 free/25 brreast

Kick-Swim Set

8 x 50 odds free, evens non-free on 1:05

Main Set

3 x 50 non-free on 1:05
3 x 100 free rest :15
3 x 50 non-free on 1:05
2 x 100 free rest :10
3 x 50 non-free on 1:05
