March 22, 2005 Workout.

The main set had some hard aspects to it. I was wiped out after it.

Warm-Up

50 kick on 1:05/100 free on 1:45
50 kick on 1:05/200 free on 3:15
50 kick on 1:05/300 free on 4:45

3x 50 kick on 1:05/50 swim on 1:00
2 x 50 kick on 1:05/50 swim on 1:00

Main Set

4 x 100 on 1:35
4 x 100 on 1:30
4 x 100 on 1:25
4 x 100 on 1:35
4 x 100 on 1:25

Warm-Down

200 ez kick

Total yardage: 3,300
